Aki Ra has a museum and education center about land mines in Cambodia, which we got to visit during vacation last month. What an amazing guy!
BAMF of the Day: Aki Ra, a former child soldier in the service of Cambodia’s genocidal Khmer Rouge, now spends his days clearing landmines using a simple pocket knife and a stick.
To date he has disarmed over ten thousand.
